Contact your landlord and get clarification. If still not clear, get a lawyer for further clarification

Unless you own an apartment in that society, you don’t have to worry about these bylaws. However, if you’re renting then contact your landlord and do what he says.

Your friend has little hope to win this whole thing. The only thing he can do is collect as much evidence to prove that her 498A is filed on fake pretenses (if she goes that route). Sending her legal notice before she does anything would only make things worse for your friend. If she’s up for mutual divorce accept it as that way you might plead the judge for a lesser alimony (though chances of the judge listening is slim). Or if your friend has money then simply bribe the judge (yup, that also happens in lower courts. It might cost a decent sum of money but not as much as what your friend will pay to his ex throughout his whole life)

Updating aadhar info takes somewhere between 30-90 days. That’s the general timeframe for the whole process which means consider that at least 45-50 days will be taken to correct your info on your aadhar. Unless you know someone who works in aadhar seva kendra it’s out of your hand. Your complaints over the issue will only be considered valid if the process takes more than 90 days.

Simply mail them a warning that you’ll take the matter to consumer court. Have all records on your end handy. They’re trying to pin this on you when it’s clearly Flipkart’s fault. Mention both godrej and flipkart in your case. Take a little effort and get shit done. You’ll either win (big) or lose. Either way, this harassment from their end will be over

Punch in the FIR, and mention them on twitter, and be specific with the location so it affects their business. they’ll be forced to change for good…

If your sister has proof of physical abuse, file a case of divorce the next time she comes home. Don’t worry about the kid. Mothers are typically given the custody of their kids in these situations so it is very likely that the kid will be given under your sister’s custody. And most importantly, do not worry about what others might say. It is society’s nature to talk and judge. She is your family and your parents’ blood. Nothing tops that. Stick together and fight together. There have been many instances where divorcees married a second time and found a better partner.

                        Few things:

Ask the girl to deal with her mother. If she can’t, leave her because that means her mother will FOREVER be a nuisance in case you and the girl end up getting married. If it happens, the girl will eventually have to take side of her mother (it will happen) and your marriage will become a pain to say the least.

Another thing – get an MI or poco phone. They have call recording function where the other person isn’t made aware that the call is being recorded. I think every other phone says the ‘this call is now being recorded’ once you press record and it let’s both you and the person on the other side know that the call is being recorded. You wouldn’t find that issue in MI or poco phones…

But….yeah, your best bet is to break off with that girl

I gave my 12th boards (CBSE) in 2016. Boards paper got leaked that time too. It’s not something new or rare. And you don’t have to pay him money. Ask around in your circle and someone would definitely be having the questions if they got leaked.
In my time when rumour spread of paper leak at first a lot of us didn’t believe it. Then, when the first exam was over we all realised that the papers had indeed been leaked and everyone rushed to those few students who had bought the papers. We paid like 2-3k per person and got hands on the papers of remaining subjects. And yes, we bought it from those few students who said they’d paid like 10-12k for the entire thing. They ended up making a decent amount of profit by selling copies of the remaining questions to us at cheaper price

You’re a legal adult which means your parents have the legal right to throw you out of their home and remove you from their own property (not ancestral but one which they’ve got in their own name). You cannot file an FIR on them on these pretenses. However, if they physically beat or assault you, then you can take the (assault) matter to the police and file a case on your parents.

I don’t know what your full story is (whether you’re the victim here or the perpetrator) and I don’t care. You sought for options and I gave you that . . .

You have two choices – legal and illegal.

File an eviction suit and your evidence here will be the expired tenant agreement. But this may (most probably will) take a long time and your tenant can pay the judge to pass judgement in their favour.

Illegal way wild be to pay the police some money (or inform some RSS/hindutva outfits) and they’ll take care of the rest. If the tenants threaten with legal action, threaten them back with the help of above-mentioned bodies or simply have the expired agreement ready for proof that they were living at your property even after the expiry of the agreement.

I think that OP can take the illegal route since the tenants are also living illegally in his property, since the agreement is over. So, if they take legal action, OP can also counter it with his own. Otherwise an illegal move seems to be more effective and efficient here.
