March 5, 2025 at 1:22 pmIntellectual Property Rights (IPR) law is a continuously evolving field with lots of future potential, but the quantity and quality of cases that you may get in IPR depends on the city in which you are located. For instance, Tier 2 or 3 cities may not offer decent opportunities for IPR practitioners. Conversely, Tier 1 cities or cities with High Courts generally have a high demand for IPR lawyers.HHappyshark11

March 5, 2025 at 8:02 amYou can either go about doing this the legal way or the illegal way. Quickest option would be to pay a cop to help you vacate the premises. This is the illegal option as cops have no power to vacate any property, and the tenant can fight back legally.Legal option would be to send eviction notice and the file eviction suit. The suit may take time but you can ask for interim relief to vacate the premises if you can show to the court that the Agreement has expired.

March 5, 2025 at 7:48 amTry to get recording of them threatening you and register a FIR with the Police. Does your brother still have chat or other evidence from before from which you can show that it was them who have broken the relation earlier? Also, if you belong to SC/ST then you can file your complaint under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.If you don’t file FIR first, it may become troublesome if they file a false case against you later on.

March 5, 2025 at 7:30 amAre you communicating with the builder in writing or is it all verbal? Is the receipt given by the builder a proper document and does it mention the total value of the Flat? Also, was the payment made in cash or through bank? You can file your complaint in the consumer court or RERA. In Maharashtra, the amount of permissible deduction in case of cancellation by buyer is up to 2% of the total value of the flat.

March 4, 2025 at 2:36 pmFirstly, talk to other residents in the building and explain to them the situation and problems faced by you. Try getting support from them and pressurize your neighbour into removing the plants from the roof.If that doesn’t work, send them a legal notice asking them to remove the plants and stop using the common terrace for commercial activity (confirm if it’s commercial. Many aunties just want to have a garden 😂) and also, highlight that the potential damage it may cause to your flat and clearly state that you will hold them responsible for it. Make sure to document everything, so that in case of future problems, you have evidence to support your claims.
If they don’t stop despite the notice, file a suit seeking an injunction against them.

March 4, 2025 at 1:31 pmIf a stolen item is found with a person, it is presumed that he stole it or received it knowing it to be stolen. Burden would be on that person to prove that it was not them who stole it. However, even if they can prove that they did not steal it, retaining stolen goods without informing to the police is also a crime. They will have to satisfy the court why they took it from the roadside without informing the police.Police can continue investigating if they believe someone else was involved, but you don’t have to pardon anyone. Tell police to complete their investigation quickly and file charge sheet against all involved people.

March 4, 2025 at 11:21 amThis means that your police verification was not successful as you were not residing at your permanent address when they came for physical verification. You will need to reply to Show-cause notice (SCN) and explain to them that the address mentioned is your permanent address and that you have moved to Maharashtra temporarily for employment purpose and do not have a fixed place of residence yet.
Also, read other paragraphs of the SCN carefully and see if they have mentioned what information you have suppressed. If they are asking explanation, it is likely that they would have mentioned what information is suppressed.
