Iask for his GST number and check if he has paid 8L GST for Material or maybe he bought everything in cash. just say my CA is asking for GST number and i need his advice.

Iboth legal hier and succession certificate are different, succession cert is issued by court and Legal hier by tehsildar.Ino, email to bank and when they ask for the Succesion certificate, reply with that to judge and ask to get the succession certificate.putting some Gandhi ji on file may move it forward too, discuss with Lawyer.

Ikeep us udpated.i tried lodging a complaint at Consumer forum, Daikin closed it by saying , i never contacted them.
Ii was also handled a lemon from Daikin by flipkart, i stopped fighting as i dont have time & energy.deceided never to use flipkart or Daikin ever again.
Ii also lost my phone, police said just file online DDR and when phone will be turned on, we can track it. no other option.we knew someone in police and they helped us track the phone but even after the location we coudnt locate it, incidentally found someone else’s phone who has lost a day after our’s.
IPush the dealer to get the deal done else he will loose his comission . It is his job to get it done.
