ISee depends which community u belong from as per indian majority act the age for marriage of girl is 18 and no one can force her to marry before that ..subject to if the customs allow that even then she can say no to it and go to the local police station and report that further in no manner whatsoever your father can file any FIr against u ..untill and unless he files a false one with fake allegations which have nothing tk do with the marriage ..Lawyer this sideIFile a suit for injunction with details of your accounts etc restraining him from selling off your mutual funds. Etc rest u can file for divorce ..ILawyer this side also note that partition suit involves court fees to be paid on the amount of the share of each person seeking it from the court..IGrandfather cannot give the entire land to ur uncle in the ancestral land and your mother along with aunts can file something called a suit for partition and u will have yo challenge the will aswell …but you have to be sure to have property papers to show that its ancestral property ..
