IDivorce cases take time and each case is different there is no fixed time lines for these cases there are lot of mitigating factors involvedIThe best idea is to have a legal notice sent to him where by a clear warning is issued to him that if he continues to act in such manner then legal action would follow..and ignore the suggestion abt misusing any laws or giving false complaints ..,Lawyer this side..ILawyer this side don’t do it thats forgery and lot of other offences ..leave aside this job u will end up spoiling your whole career..ILawyer this side -See one way is going to court and contesting the cases but yes the other way out is going for an out of court settlement .Rest detailed advise can only be given after knowing all facts ..ILawyer this side -it clearly looks like a case of forgery by your wife to seek a favourable outcome in the case.
Steps you need to take –
Check for the email of the lawyer and write an email revoking any authority and informing him that you have not appointed him and you also revoke any authority he presumes and that if he doesnt seizes to appear you will file a complaint with the Bar Council of India..ILawyer this side really shocked to hear these things ..shocked that you supported him in such things being a wife ..my advise would be to leave immediately and file for divorce asap this is not what marriage is …IYou should immediately send him cease and desist notice to him through a counsel..Lawyer this side ..
