Thirdly, One lakh for one legal action/step is exorbitantly high fees. Your advocate might be scamming you.
You have to be very wise while choosing advocate to fight your case, as they are the one who can make or break your case. So, my personal advice is be wise and cautious while take every legal step.
KOP, I completely understand your helplessness and hopelessness.It’s okay to be introverted, not so bright in studies. But it’s not okay to give up on your life. Find your purpose and work towards it. None of us are perfect, each one of us strives, struggles and get on with life. Be a better version of yourself not to impress others but yourself.

Half of them are not even well versed with the laws and various sections. Don’t pay more than 5K for consultation. Before lawyers, you should thoroughly know your case and your expected outcome of the case. Cos sometimes lawyers twist and tweak the case to keep their meter on. So be very vigilant while dealing with lawyers and indian judicial system.
