April 26, 2025 at 4:43 pmYou inherit what’s left after paying off his debts. Properties and assets might have to be liquidated so creditors can be repaid, but you won’t inherit his debts.April 19, 2025 at 7:38 am in reply to: Can I legally protect future wealth from divorce by setting up offshore holding structures before marriage? April 19, 2025 at 7:38 amI’m not sure if this is karma farming, either way, this is pretty elaborate and your best option is consulting a professional in person so you can discuss this in detail. You can certainly afford to.Although, 22 and you don’t even have someone in mind you think you’ll marry, but you already have one foot out the door. I understand being cautious, but if you’re this concerned, don’t get married? How are you going to be with someone you cannot trust at all.

April 7, 2025 at 5:09 amYou’re 17, why are you fighting with a 11 year old? You should have offered to pay for his medical expenses and apologised, instead you’re trying to keep him out of a free turf inside the building? You don’t have to play with him but you can’t keep him out, let him do his thing, don’t bother him. He has as much right as you to be there.LLuckyishant8759

April 2, 2025 at 1:35 pmWhat about close friends? Other relatives you trust? You need to leave, but it’d make it a lot easier if you have some support. Contact a good ngo near you who specifically deal with women’s issues, they will help you out. It’ll be difficult but it’ll be better for you in the long run.LLuckyishant8759

March 24, 2025 at 5:53 amWhile I understand what you’re saying, it’s pretty irrelevant here. The point is simple: if op wants the property, he has to stay on good terms with his mom and make sure she’s comfortable in her old age. Most people do that for their parents without the financial incentives. If not, why shouldn’t op’s mom give it to his brother who might be willing to take care of her? If her behaviour is unreasonable, he can back out and let the property go. If he’s in the wrong, she can try to ensure she’s taken care of by her other son. They both have a choice here.LLuckyishant8759

March 15, 2025 at 11:58 amYour agreement has expired yesterday, so unless you and your landlord were renewing, you should have been looking for an alternate arrangement or a new flat. Did you ask him if he’s going to renew your agreement? Because it’s not done by default. Neither does he have to give you a notice since you already know that’s the date the agreement ends. If you don’t think it’s worth continuing, you’re better off looking for something else and requesting him for some time or making temporary arrangements in the meantime.March 12, 2025 at 6:27 am in reply to: My friend caught her landlord’s son peeping through her vent-how can I help her? #37079LLuckyishant8759

March 12, 2025 at 6:27 amGood that she’s moving out. I’d say better she doesn’t speak harshly while she’s still there/ has her things there since we can’t be sure how he will react if he feels like she’s a threat. After she’s moved out, maybe a few friends can accompany her to confront them? You can still file a complaint, at least to ensure he hasn’t taken any pictures/ videos.March 12, 2025 at 6:23 am in reply to: My friend caught her landlord’s son peeping through her vent-how can I help her? #37103LLuckyishant8759
