Debts will be settled against the estate of the deceased.

Basically, you should be able to recover any dues from the whatever assets they owned at the time of death and the remaining will go to their heirs. Contact a good lawyer.

Neither ministers nor NGOs can force tests on you. And while ministers in our country do seem to have a lot of leisure time, doubt they’re going to even respond to him. Like others said, you can file for defamation. As for your gold and cash, that is your property being withheld from you. If you have some proof and description of the items, that’d be good.

Maybe you should try for a restraining order or injunction against him as well based on what you have said, since he has made open threats to you in court. But whether he will actually do something, you and your lawyer know the exact situation

To do all that in court is something else, he’s making the case for you honestly
