LYeah. You will show that as salary slip in your affidavit (the lower salary) wife will inform the court of previous ones. Alimony awarded will be a balance between the two.LAlimony is based on current income not projection. Doesn’t matter if you make 25k or 25 lakhs in futureLDevolving of Ancestral property on coparceners is not dependent on them having friendly terms with the widow or progeny of the coparcener 🙄
As far as naming in will is concerned they can choose to not name the kid in will as there’s no connect but they can’t remove him from the ancestral property. Will is made of personal or self acquired property. If OP wants the kid to have a part in it she should maintain relations. Else OP feel free to cut them off.
Also even if they file a case they can at most ask for visitation rights . They aren’t going to get custody if mother is alive and of sane mind and able to support the child financially.

LAdverse possession would still be applicable had you not given rent time to time. You can still argue and build a case on Adverse possession if u paid that rent in cash and there’s no recipt or record of that . If there’s isn’t you have a good case. Get in touch with a local lawyer they will guide you.LIf he’s dependent on you then u will be required to pay. However if you keep the kids , the amount will be drastically reduced because you are already paying towards childcare. Until and unless he is handicapped and can’t work and has been stay at home dad he won’t be handed out much in alimony.Regarding your bank accounts , move all the money you can to yoir account before you confront him.
LIf the lawyer is doing allllll of that be assured he is toooo pressed for work. I won’t be willing to give my matter to them as a client.No lawyer usually shares details of cases they’ve done just to get a matter (idk if that’s the case with trial courts)P.S : I am a lawyer and i wouldnt sit and prove here on reddit that i am one LOL. LFile for mutual divorce . And one of the clauses will be she withdrawing and dropping all civil and criminal cases against you. As soon as divorce is decreed on these mutual terms. U cam produce this order before those criminal courts and the matter will end.LIf u wanna book him for rape on false pretence of marriage in future. You may … that too if he actually said that or made you believe in it.Else being married and having affairs ain’t punishable . Adultery is a ground for divorce but not a standalone offence as such.
Move on i would say. The guy was shit both to you and his wife. But filing a case and following it up is no joke. If u please… tell the wife …else just move on. Not worth the Hassel.
