Is the baby even actually his? I don’t trust you. If the baby is his, prove it in court and then you can get child support. But, if you’re not married, I don’t think courts will allow it. Downvote me all you want. I don’t care.

I guess it runs in the family then. They are just in for the money they want through divorce and alimony, settlement. The best way is to cut your brother out of the will, and when the dust settles, secretly give him his share. Easy. Or better yet, he escapes.
