MWhat a lame fucking reason to reject a claim. Get the rejection letter and escalate further. If that doesn’t work, complain to the ombudsman. That should work.MBe thankful that nothing major happened to you, to begin with. Next is to analyze the situation. You say neither you or the bike is harmed/damaged. And yet, you want to “teach him a lesson” just because he was *unapologetic* ?? Is it really worth it? Is your revenge really worth the legal authority’s time?
