May 7, 2025 at 5:20 pm750 is not a bad score. Just check for any overdues. Make sure you have the latest report with you.Either way, make sure you mention that this whole situation should not affect your CIBIL in any way.
And do not pay them a single penny. Urgent them to resolve this from their end before you go for legal remedies.
Good luck!

May 7, 2025 at 4:31 pmNo, you don’t need to pay a dime. Tell them they need to close your loan account immediately. And also the cheque bounce would have ducked your CIBIL to hell and back. So, tell them that they need to correct your CIBIL and other credit agencies report immediately.(You download and keep the CIBIL report, Equifax and Experian reports for your reference).
Inform them this needs to be done within 15 days, otherwise you’ll be taking legal action. In the meantime, you keep all the transactions that you’ve made for repayment handy. So not pay a single penny, if you have repaid the whole amount. Their incompetence is not your problem.
Ask them to send every communication in e-mail, even the one where they said that their system made an error by sending the cheques inspire of you making all the timely payments.
And you also keep the communication with them from now on in e-mails. If they don’t resolve this within 15 days, contact a lawyer and send them a l gal notice. Should not cost you more than han 2k. Please follow this up with a lot of care and get it corrected. Otherwise, you will not get q single loan from any banks or NBFCs in the future.May 6, 2025 at 2:02 pm in reply to: Received Court Summons for Old Speeding Challan in Himachal โ Based in Delhi NCR โ What Should I Do? #1634MMegafox4760

May 5, 2025 at 8:03 pmNo, but they can fuck up your CIBIL for non payment. Drop them an email and wait for 30 days. If you receive no response, raise a complaint with RBI.Do you have NOC for the auto loan you closed?

May 5, 2025 at 8:13 amWhy do you have to pay again to get your refund? LmaoJust call your bank and raise a chargeback. Ask Dot&Key to send an email stating that they have not received your payment. Attach that to the mail and send it to your bank with all the transaction details. You’ll receive your money back within 50 days.

May 2, 2025 at 1:26 pmYes it will go back to normal in 4-5 months, but why wait when you are not at fault at all?The bank marking it as NPA itself is wrong. You can escalate the issue and ask them to correct the same in the CIBIL report. If you have not missed repayments of any loans or overdraft facility, they should not be marking NPA at all. Please mail them the same and ask for an explanation in case you have not missed any payments of loans. Additionally, ask them to correct it in the CIBIL report immediately or you will be forced to seek legal recourse. They simply can not mark a negative balance savings account as NPA. That’s illegal.
I’m not joking. You do these things and urge them to follow up. Your CIBIL will be back to your original state within a month.

May 2, 2025 at 1:14 pmWell then, if you are looking for genuine advice I’ll give you some right now.Keep the mail’s screenshot from CIBIL which states your score has gone down due to negative bank balance.
Send that to your bank. Send a copy to the escalation of CIBIL. Wait for their response.
If they still insist, complain to the RBI Ombudsman. Because if the score has gone down due to a negative balance in the savings bank account, it is quite illegal.Get a proper CA who handles these things and ask him to look into it. And then get a finance lawyer and get your score corrected ASAP.
Chances are your score has come down due to some non payment of a loan or high enquiries. Because a negative balance in the savings account is not a valid reason for the CIBIL score going down.

May 2, 2025 at 1:07 pmAin’t reading all that verbal diarrhoea homie, but a negative savings account does not affect your CIBIL score at all. If your bank has told you so, go ask them to give you proper info instead of giving you improper info lmao. And also I reiterate stop spreading misinformation on Social Media and stop talking out of your ass.MMegafox4760

May 2, 2025 at 4:12 amNPA is “Non Performing Asset” which is a loan that a financial institution has not received the payments for. It has nothing to do with savings bank account lol. Get your facts straight. CIBIL has zero knowledge about your savings accounts. Stop talking out of your ass buddy. Negative savings bank account does not affect your CIBIL score at all.MMegafox4760
