Nothing will happen. They will forget about everything when the next tenant shifts there. They’ll be more vigilant with them. If your permanent address is not in kota, then don’t worry.

However I would avoid doing all this and just pay rent.

Highly likely you might loose the case.

Visit axis bank head office with latest cibil score in hard copy. Write a letter to manager and write a letter stating that you have no dues yet axis bank is not acknowledging this. Also mention that you will close the card if this resolves the issue.

Hard copy of cibil report, Letter on A4 sheet. That’s all it takes.

Pls try keeping a cool mind ik cibil drop due to icorrect tagging is very awful but play safe for now. If they don’t budge then escalate the issue.

Then request bank people to issue new chequebook and say old cheque book is lost. Any older cheque’s will be automatically canceled. Be careful, cheque’s are very important.

He can do this. Balance transfer to another bank account in same bank. For original docs, forget about it as the univeristy/ school can issue a new one. Check with institution.

Do not expose them publicly or take any drastic step. Work smartly. Say you have exams coming up and wosh to leave to internship to devote time to studies.

Raise request with hr that you wish to stop this internship and request them to provide you with stipend.

See, even if they don’t pay you and make excuse like complete internship tenure or provide notice period, don’t get scared as you’re an intern and they won’t face any loss of sorts as they didn’t give you work with confidential info. If you haven’t signed an NDA, feel free to just walk out and never go back in.

Don’t ever take a stand against a company on a public platform or threaten company with legal action they have far more resources and legal teams who handle such cases it’ll only create a bigger mess.

If you haven’t signed any NDA, Non compete clause or notice period notification, just request hr to imburse the stipend and then leave with a nice email.

Don’t get into trouble unnecessarily. All the best.

Since the reddit or has returned the product to the seller I believe the amount gets refunded within 5 to 7 business days. Also if the return item of that sku is more than 5 times the item gets delisted.

If seller cancels order more than twice, their ID gets banned for 14 days and permanent ban if issue is serious.

Also, selling above mrp or actual right price is a common case among many sellers on Amazon and flipkart as commission is as high as 40% on some products so even a 100rs product is selling for 400rs in these marketplaces.

Better you look for blinking, zepto, instamart etc. Commission is very low and immediate delivery.

These are some unethical tips from a seller might help anyone who is wondering why they sell above mrp.

On a side note, never purchase branded items on Amazon search for these items on their own website example puma shoes usually have better offers on puna website.

It’s not amazon who’s charging over the mrp. It’s the seller.
I’m also a seller on Amazon amd many sellers do trading of products there, rarely few manufacturers in online marketplaces who sell.

No one can tax more than mrp as mrp is an all inclusive price. Amazon actually charges heavy commission on products as sellers ship throughout India in over 17000 pincodes.

For item worth 2,699 Amazon might easily be charging 250+ rs on shipping and handling. Besides, since I mentioned trading, the seller might have purchased the item on mrp or slightly lower (can’t comment as you didn’t mention product) so seller is marginally profitable on selling item over mrp .

Also if you’ve returned the item it is a loss for seller as they will have to pay for shipping twice now one for delivery and the other for return. Amazon is strict in this case.

Okay cool. Pls keep in mind that a company which refuses to pay you once will drag the same issue over and over again
Hope you’re feeling easy after tumultuous experience at the previous company. Wishing you the very best.

Have you arrived to a conclusion that you would want to leave the job? If you haven’t signed any contract or non competent clause, pls leave asap.

Even if you’ve signed an ncc or non disclosure agreement the company can’t do anything as you haven’t even been paid salary so they can’t say that you’re an employee yet only a trainee.

Also pls be noted that if you were to sign a contract, make sure you read the terms and conditions properly. Usually big companies make employees sign a contract with Shell companies with authorized capital not more than 1L, be careful.

Don’t accept under the table payments if unless, you requested to. Usually employees request under table comments to prevent paying tax. In every other case, there’s something fishy within the company.

Walk away from the company. Companies do cost benefit analysis for new employees and they won’t take any legal action or internal investigation to employees who’ve just started working.

If they’re not paying you noe, they won’t pay you I future too. They will keep whining and dragging this issue further. Suppose you done meet sales target in April, they’ll bring up that you didn’t meet sales target in jan- Feb period too.

They’ll twist and turn regulations as per their wish and say that you missed meeting targets for 3 months this year and we’re letting you go.

Also if the boss is paying out of their own pocket, there’s something fishy. Never accept under the table payments unless it benefits you like for savi tax purposes or so. Amount should always be credited by company in bank account.

Pls be careful, leave asap (if you wish to), all the best.

                              Why buy litigation property?

If you’re looking for properties the check out sarfaesi act 2002.

Check any bank/ banking wing/ NBFC/ HFC website and see list of secured assets possessed or secured assets possessed under sarfaesi act 2002.

You’ll find tons of properties in budget and banks will also help you finance them.
