        Next is consumer court. You have followed all the process, have all emails and records. I hope you get a judgement in your favor and an appropriate compensation.

          *TLDR: Iโ€™m really frustrated with LG Electronics India (LGEIL) over my microwave. I bought their 42 Ltr Smart Inverter Solo Microwave Oven, and within just five years, it started rusting and malfunctioning. I had an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) in place, so I thought I was covered. But when I reached out for a repair, LG refused, saying the parts were unavailable and that the product was discontinued.*

          *This situation feels so unfair. I paid for the AMC, and they should honor the warranty. Instead, they offered me just 20% compensation for depreciation without any clear explanation of how they calculated it. The whole process has been nothing but delays, and Iโ€™m still stuck with a broken microwave. All Iโ€™m asking for is a replacement or fair compensation, and I want LG to be transparent about their depreciation policy.*
