May 9, 2025 at 3:39 amLawyer here. Unregistered will is still a valid will. This will be contested in court and the court will rule on which will to act upon. Its is most likely that the trust would say that unregistered will has been fraudulently made. Without perusing both the wills and proper facts, I cannot answer whether you have a good case or not.MMightysana5089

May 8, 2025 at 3:45 amLawyer here. What they are doing is not Legal. I would have suggested to proceed legally but I donโt want to agitate them by relieving you before June as you would lose your ESOPs. What you can do is create records. Send them emails asking for salary. Whatever you do, do it through email and a copy of those emails with you so that it can be used in future, if required. If you need any more advise, connect with me.May 7, 2025 at 6:08 pm in reply to: I ran away from my hostel without paying half the rent he has my details #1484MMightysana5089

May 7, 2025 at 6:04 pmNo. At the highest court will order a general legal costs and not the amount actually incurred by the landlord towards its lawyer fees. Also all these things are a matter of topic which would take 8-10 years. So relax nothing will happen.May 7, 2025 at 6:00 pm in reply to: I ran away from my hostel without paying half the rent he has my details #1471MMightysana5089

May 7, 2025 at 5:59 pmHostel rent. That too half of it is unpaid. It should not be more than 10k. Lawyers charge 10k just for legal notice. Think about the how much costs he would incur for the entire case which would go on for years. Also itโs a civil case he doesnโt have to go and appear, his lawyer can.May 7, 2025 at 5:56 pm in reply to: Company Owner denying salary, labor-law isn’t applicable, and I’m unemployed, kindly advise. May 7, 2025 at 5:56 pmYou can ask for legal fees as compensation. However, the courts normally order a basic amount as legal fees and not actually the legal costs incurred by you.MMightysana5089

May 7, 2025 at 6:54 amPractising Lawyer here. You should avoid getting tangled in the court case. You will end up spending more than you have to recover. At the highest, you can send a Legal Notice to them via a Lawyer to try your luck. If they feel pressured, they might disburse your payment. Alternatively, social media is a good platform to share your story.MMightysana5089

May 6, 2025 at 7:08 pmLawyer here. Your Legal Notice is not in proper format. Additionally, it clearly looks AI generated. Mention about the invoice number through which you are entitled to receive commission. On what basis are you asking commission? Mention that as well. The notice is vague with mere allegations without any basis. There are no sub headings in actual legal notice. I would suggest you to draft from scratch rather than relying on AI. Use AI as your helping hand and not as a substitute. -
