Even we have a rented a property and the license is issued to run the business on our name. Now we give rent to landlord and tax to Panchayath. That’s how it works. Coz people get license to setup shop from Panchayath in my area. So giving such thing in residential area is not viable soNIf he forcibly enter your property you can file trespassing on him !! Coz such things are usually not permitted in residential areas!NYou need not pay. Just complain it to the authorities.
