Do you have copy of your old passport if so you can file a fir stating your mother was carrying passport she lost it on the way. Since she is schizophrenic. If you don’t have old copy take an appointment with regional passport office. Main office of the state explain them the situation then you can apply for new passport.

Don’t withdraw the complaint at any cost. Any people calling on behalf of the bank to discuss the issue ask them to give it you via email or through writing. Don’t worry about the cibil once the issue clears out then you can request via an email to the cibil for the discrepancies which can be fixed.

Provide Available Details: Share the PAN card and GST number details with the court. These can help the court or authorities trace the individual or business.
