if there were any issues with the sale itself maybe misrepresentation of facts, fraud, or something similar filing a suit against the seller would be the viable option.April 22, 2025 at 10:30 am in reply to: My cousin’s(30M) wife (29F) doesn’t want to continue the marriage. April 22, 2025 at 5:55 amI am sorry it happened to you. And I’m glad you got your bike back. Next time if such incident happens just question the officer on what basis he is taking away your vehicle and tell him to give copy of it. Try recording the conversation. I know it’s scary but know the law. Immediately go the officer in charge of the station don’t go alone either go with a lawyer or with someone else. Explain the situation if even he refuses either you should take legal action along with complaining his higher authorities. April 22, 2025 at 4:41 amYour best option would be to file an execution petition in the same forum along with all the documents, include the judgement copy too.
I’m sure your new lawyer will agree to it and send a legal notice to the same company for non compliance of courts order.April 22, 2025 at 4:15 am in reply to: Private School in Darjeeling refusing TC without paying Rs. 6000. #10874NNileshfox961

April 21, 2025 at 5:01 pmFirst, check if Gulnaar is a registered trademark on the IP India website:
https://ipindiaonline.gov.in/tmrpublicsearch/frmmain.aspx
If it’s not registered, your friend may have a stronger defense, though they could still face a “passing off” case if Gulnaar has built a reputation.
If it is registered and your friend just started, it’s often smarter to consider rebranding early rather than face a costly and stressful legal battle.April 21, 2025 at 4:28 pm in reply to: Panasonic AC Coil Failed in Less Than 2 Years — They’re Charging ₹12,000 for Repair.
