Yes if you don’t like litigation go for corporate where there’s fixed salary.
Go for masters you can get yourself in to teaching.
If you can study abroad too but clearing bar of the particular country can be difficult but doable with lots of learning

first respond to the summons by hiring a lawyer. file a preliminary response to it.

if you think that employment bond is punitive, you can challenge the bond. If the amount you’re being asked to pay seems exorbitant compared to your salary or the damages the employer has incurred, you may have an argument.

were there any agreement between you and your lawyer regarding 20% claim be it orally or written?
usually In Tamil Nadu, as in other states, retaining a lawyer on a percentage fee basis is quite common, especially in cases involving insurance claims and compensation.
