May 9, 2025 at 8:27 amNALAccording to [this](https://www.aqua-calc.com/page/density-table/substance/restaurant-coma-and-blank-chinese-coma-and-blank-fried-blank-rice-coma-and-blank-without-blank-meat), veg fried rice has a density of 145 gms/0.25 ltr. So your 1 litre of food should weigh around 580gms. And you got 578 gms, calculating for variances in ingredients and recipe, this is does not really make a difference.

Also, ask your landlord to either acknowledge receipt of Aadhar copy in writing or mention it in the rental agreement.

May 4, 2025 at 10:51 amNALLegally, there are two transactions.
1. You took a loan from the NBFCs. You are responsible to pay those back.
2. You loaned those money to your friend. NBFCs are not bothered about this part. Once you have taken a personal loan, the end use is of no concern to the lenders.
Whether your friend pays you back or not, you are still responsible to pay back those loans.
This is my advice to you:
1. Talk to your salary bank. Take a consolidated personal loan to pay off and close all the NBFC loans. Usually NBFCs have higher interest rates. So a consolidated bank loan should result in a lower, manageable EMI for you. Same goes for credit card loans.
2. If such a loan is not possible for you, focus on paying the minimum amount to all loans and then put as much as you can towards the loan with the highest interest rate.
3. A combination of the two. Take a bank loan and pay off the highest interest loans. Then follow step 2.
Don’t leave the loans unpaid, in future it will create problems for you. Also, the more you don’t pay the loan, the more they add penalties and fees and your liabilities go higher.
As for taking action against your friend, file a cheating case with all the proofs you have listed. Also, file a civil claim against your friend separately under the Small Cause Courts Act of your state.

If the friend has access to phone, he has access to OTPs
I am not denying OP acted very callously to give such access of his phone to his friend. But it is very much possible he trusted his friend too much to not do such things.

March 21, 2025 at 9:05 amNALIf it was “just talking”, why did you go to a lawyer? Why not ask your relatives/neighborhood uncles/colleagues?
They are not charging for talking. They are charging for knowing what to tell you.

March 19, 2025 at 5:47 amRetaliation will get you arrested for assaulting an on duty cop, even if you were assaulted first.Better option is to shield yourself and lodge an official complaint later on. Although it’s doubtful whether any action will be taken based on your complaint unless you got political backing.

March 19, 2025 at 4:56 amThat’s a misinterpretation. It stemmed from a report that MH traffic police has issued an order that on road traffic officers should not ask for PUC certificates. That is because in MH, PUC is digitalized and the Traffic police can check whether the vehicle has PUC certificates or not on their handheld devices. So as long as your PUC is valid, you don’t need to carry it physically with you.H traffic department has instructed only for physical/digilocker possession of RTO documents to ensure the vehicle is not stolen.

February 21, 2025 at 3:17 amNALAsk him to put up a post that scammers are trying to blackmail him by creating obscene AI images of him with and demanding money and that he will remain steadfast and will not give in to their demands. Maybe add a line that he will go to cyber police if such pictures get posted online.
Done and dusted.
