POne of My office colleagues bought a washing machine and another bought a mobile on EMI with my credit card. After sometime they started missing payment stating different excuses. Eventually they paid.
After that there were many people who tried to convince me to let them use my card for EMIs. I simply denied them. I even tell them I have closed my cards.
POrdered a micromax smart phone a few years(10years) back from flipkart. The delivery partner was delhivery. The worst online shopping delivery experience till date. Had to visit their local centre, still the product was delivered late.PNAL,
Check if the builder and the said project of which your flat is situated is registered with RERA or not. If yes then file a case there.If not registered then go to the consumer forum.
As per my understanding it’s a civil dispute and the police will do nothing (like they always do.. nothing).
