You are going in the wrong direction. Get a competent lawyer to guide you. You can easily separate the way the other party is handling it. Don’t overcomplicate.

Research or speak with someone practicing in this field. Free internet and social media platform doesn’t mean you are smart and know it all.

Don’t ignore the notice. Hire a lawyer to draft a response based on Employment and bond act.

Absolutely. A bully needs to be put in place righaway.
From the advice above, I will just say first file a NC and attach a copy of it on email to the principal. Also, mention for any incident led by bullet the school management and teachers will be personally held responsible.

First, he has no legal right to make such claims. Don’t go and meet him anywhere. If you are scared, visit the nearest police station. Sometimes good cops don’t log cases but just make one phone call and things sort for themselves. Don’t worry about cases as they won’t affect jobs as they are civil in nature. Also, it won’t go that far. Next time the broker calls, tell him, you enlisted him for renting and for that he was paid. What you do otherwise is not his concern. Stay form. The minute he knows you are scared, he will try and bully you. Dont. Also, have you told this to the landlord? He should also take a stand that who he sells his flat is his perogative. In the end if this all becomes too.much buy somewhere else. I know finding a right home is difficult but as you are scared to defend, might as well play cautious.

Take this as a life lesson. Tenancy is not documented, consider money gone. Also, why the desperation to please the people who don’t like you? Amends happen when everyone wants it. Life is not KJo movie set. Consider it a loss and move on.

You need a lawyer and a Private investigator. She definitely had all this planned out and got sure her parents or mother are on it. Impotent accusation can be easily disproven in court. Stay strong and scree their happiness.

Ok, let me clarify. When both the parties mutually agreed and file for divorce they need to go through a counselling period. During this period if they stay at seperate houses or locations to be specific they will be granted divorce by the court. Courts generally don’t grant divorce easily ( I never understood why?).

Talk to her and go for a mutual divorce. Let her travel back to India alone. 6 months of separate living will automatically grant you a divorce. Don’t move to India until the divorce proceedings are over. It is a lot easier if it is handled mutually. Also, don’t trust anything said until it is sealed. Greed can make people turn.

This is a scam. I keep receiving similar emails on my Hotmail ID every other day. Ignore.
                          Secure Aadhar with Biometric lock.
Also, personal data being sold is now very common. Have you ever seen how Aadhar centers handle data? All the Xerox copies you provide for loans, cards, and as address proof get distributed and misused to the core. All this is with your consent. Always read T&C. A few years ago Big Basket, Tomato were hacked and all of customer data including card details leaked. Recently some insurance company head only sold all the data to a hacker to make $$$ on the side.

Please don’t pay him the security deposit unless he vacates the flat first. People like him can’t be trusted.
If he has to pay at the new place, tell him to negotiate the terms there. He has violated his terms of tenancy here. You should have reminded him to vacate in Oct 2024 only. Without a rent agreement he is staying illegally.
Do you have any lawyer or cop friends who can do a “courtesy call?”.
Also, don’t cut off water and electricity aa suggested by someone here. It will land you in trouble.
