April 16, 2025 at 8:11 amNot a lawyer but it’s highly unlikely that such a clause will be enforceable in court.Because employer has to pay employees even if they have worked for one day. Though you may recover any amount you have spent on the training of the employee in such cases but withholding salary might not be the way.
Do you have a dedicated legal team? How did you draft these legal terms?
