PWho is panicking ? Assholes are bursting firecrackers in the middle of night , where people from border towns are getting killed .PHope you have resigned . Speak to the other company and give them iron clad guaranty that you would join after your notice period , elaborating the need of remote work . In your current company try a middle ground , maybe 15 days early or a month . As others said , don’t abscond .PThe commissions are clearly marked on their websites . When you donate , you have to enter the commission and the donation amount . Not sure what story they are spinning .PUsually would have agreed with you , but to claim that distant relative has absolutely moral authority to claim this property over OP without a will is a bit dicey situation.PIs it the compressor or AC unit ? Both of them are completely covered under a warranty .
I also bought two ACs recently and the installation cost is a total scam ..End up shelling 5k and 7 k , beam cutting , copper wire and all the nonsense around it ..
PThe only route would be to report in the organisation. Better way would be to change project within org or switch . Life is too short to fight needless battles.PBy all means go and if you like the job then focus on improving your skills which will always keep you financially independent( instead of Mtech). Same goes for training, put your heart and soul into programming , it is your ticket out .Mtech has less value compared to actual 2 years experience.
PProbably they should spend some time in investigating the allegation made by Atul Subash against the judicial system !
