Dude just go to the police station and complain. They’ll call him and warn him. That’s usually enough for this sort of thing. Kerala Police sadly sees a lot of such cases and are very good at making sure these idiots get the message.

This is really quite complicated and will require a lawyer to sit down and examine the case in detail. Broadly a partition suit or a suit for accounts will likely take several years. A lot depends on where the properties are located and how fast the courts there work.

Unless your uncle settles the case, this will end up being a proper litigation and will require your mother and aunts to give evidence as witnesses. Assuming you’re right about there not being a will you are also a legal heir and might be able to file a suit yourself.

Again, this is too complex for a lawyer to just solve on Reddit. Please consult someone and get good advice.

But that means you’ve not read the post properly. Where has she said she received a show cause or that the company had a valid cause ? She’s saying her performance was fine and she made some mistakes but nothing very serious.

You might not like the advice but that doesn’t mean it’s bad. ๐Ÿ™‚

Doesn’t matter if the resignation is forced. If she has the evidence to show a backdrop of actions that forced her into a spot where the Co gave her an option between being terminated and resigning she has a case.

If she wants to do something about it, she can. If she wants pity from you about her illness and unemployment she’s welcome to it.

OP should contact a lawyer from a union (like the IT ES workers unions in Hyderabad and Bangalore) and get a lawyer who will fight her case for a low fee.

The rest is up to her, I don’t see why it’s any of your business tbh. If you’re feeling so bad you’re welcome to use that NRI money to help her out.

Lawyer. Contact a labour union in your sector and approach the lawyers they use to file a complaint in the Labour Court. Most companies will settle if you put up enough of a fight. You won’t get an apology or anything but a settlement could get you some cash.

If you’re up for it, litigate it all the way and make them suffer a bad judgement which you should then ensure is published.

They’re right. The road is for public use. Park outside their house from now onwards and install a dash cam and cctv in your house.

Please go for it. You can definitely get a Self-Respect marriage done. It’s 100% your wish. You’re an Indian citizen.

It’ll have to be registered in a sub registrar’s office thereafter. Can put you in touch with lawyers in TN if you need help.

Dubai is not a fun place to be for these issues.

Life advice : Save money, get a job, move out, save more, move mom in with you.

Legal advice : Dubai is not a great jurisdiction to allege domestic abuse and familial violence. You have a better shot in India. If your dad is an Indian citizen, you should consider filing a detailed complaint with an Indian police station when he and you are in India next. Make sure to do it early into the trip so his passport is impounded and he has to argue for bail. It’s unlikely that a court will give him his passport back. He’ll be stuck here and face the legal consequences for his actions. All this is assuming you have evidence ofcourse.

Best of luck OP, I feel bad hearing your story mate. Life always gives you a way out so don’t be despondent. This whole I’m not good at studies thing is a mental block mate. People might mollycoddle you and tell you to justify it using the trauma you’ve faced. Don’t do that. Study. Force yourself to study. It’s the way to a job where you can trade your education for money. That leads to freedom for you and your mother. All the best man !

Mate, this subreddit is for advice and not ranting.

Also your entire worldview is skewed, which is probably a result of many hours of consuming social media content designed to make you feel scared and targeted based on your identity. I act for North Indian clients in South India and what you’re saying is utter nonsense. If you hire a lawyer who can speak the language all these steps are open to you. Stop spreading fear in communities that have been part of our cities for generations. They’re not just surviving but thriving here.

If you think you have no rights in the country and hate the South so much, please feel free to enjoy our scenic airports and take a flight out and leave (the country if possible). ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

Really not the forum for this but since you’re a law student…

Keep whatever facial hair you want but make sure it’s trimmed and sharp. You need to look presentable and neat as a rule. Keep in mind that judges are middle aged / elderly for the most part and will react like average people of that age group. So the more wacky the style the more silent disapproval you’ll face.
