Take a lawyer to the police station with a formal written complaint. Won’t do anything beyond a warning but that’s enough for most people.

Permanent solution – study hard and leave Delhi. ๐Ÿซข๐Ÿ™ƒ

Kirai pe de ghar ko. Nikal ja thodi time. Personal safety is very important. Police protection is not always easy to get.

Lawyer. Jo bhi kiya, kitna justified tha, uspe mai rai nahi dunga. Aur bhi tareeke apna sakta tha but jo hua hai wo hua hai.

Ab record kar le jitna evidence tu record kar sakta hai. Police station me ek arzi daakil kar jisme ye threats ke baare me detail me likha hai aur ek pendrive me videos daalke de police ko. Police protection ki maang kar. Nahi denge toh bhi record hoga ki tumne maanga hai.

Ek non lethal self defence weapon rakh le Ghar pe. Matlab koi sharp objects nahi, dhanda type kuch rakhna. Thoda fitness pe dhyaan de. Dost banaa. Gali ke baaki gharo me tu bhi jaake baat kar ki iss bandhe ki dhaaru peene ke baad waali harkato ke baare me, unko already experience hua rahega.

Stay safe. Andhere me akele ghumne mat nikalna. Doston ke saat rehna. Hi sake to uss bandhe ki relatives se achhe samband rakna.

Police station regularly jaane hai. 10-15 days me ek baar. Apne arzi pe follow up karne aur unko dikhaane ki ya bandhe ka shayad station me kuch setting hai.

Ho sake toh shift ho jaana kahi aur toh ye tension khatam ho jayega permanently.

This can happen when clients don’t pay fees. Pay up. You can change your lawyer but that also requires an NOC from your current lawyer.

                  Lawyer.

Provided you are both adults and you both are actually in love and won’t make false accusations against each other, there is nothing anyone can do about it. Your parents, her parents, SP, CM, PM, it doesn’t matter. You are an adult Indian citizen and are fully within your rights to fall in love and stay with another consenting adult.

Getting married is usually a good idea for interfaith and intercaste couples. If you’re not, keep a lawyer’s number handy to quickly step in for any false cases filed by her family.

Most common ones are kidnapping, fraud and rape. These are easily defendable if your girlfriend/wife is willing to say on affidavit that it is her decision to be with you.

Record a video and keep it on each other’s phones. Let it be just the person taking the video, showing the room around them and that they are alone, then say for the record that you are doing this with your full and free consent and this is your decision. This will help you quickly clarify things to police if needed.

                    Lawyer here.

Lawyers in India cannot charge fees on the outcome of a litigation. Those who do are breaking the law themselves.

A good remedy for you would be to file a claim under the MSME Act provides your company /firm / proprietorship is registered under the MSME Act.

Lawyer. Your wife is not eligible for an Overseas Citizen of India Card because she is from Bangladesh.

She needs to get a work visa, then stay in India for 7 years and then apply for citizenship.

There are some interesting loopholes. Doubt they apply to your wife since you seem like a young couple.

                        Best of luck !

That’s not cannibalism. It’s animal cruelty. You can file a complaint under s325 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Samhita, which is a cognizable offence with 5y imprisonment.

Lack of evidence is a practical problem. Police will not be very motivated in most places. Keep the paw frozen or preserved. Send it to a forensic lab and let the police know. You have to find some evidence of messages etc where you’re discussing the dog when it was with your aunt. All of that could be useful.

What are you saying woman. You won a case you’re trying to get it executed. Your grandfather’s lawyer is wasting time and the judge is going along with it because your lawyer isn’t saying anything. How is this beneficial for you ? Do you not want the money ? Smh

Grandaddy got placed ex parte because he didn’t come even after receiving summons. Can’t believe your lawyer isn’t getting his rear in the gear and moving the case along. 3 hearings to refuse a vakalatnama is absurd.

                                  Which city is this ?
