          Yes. Your mother can challenge the will by filling the civil suit as it is an ancestral property. And try to get an injection order against so that your uncle cannot alienate the property.

            First you have to send a legal notice to your company through your lawyer for FNF and if they does not respond to your notice. you have to approach the Labor tribunal of your district or you have file a civil suit for recovery.

                If he had already filed a case against you. To have appear before the court either in person or through your lawyer. He must prove that he has completed the work and more over did you get any legal notice and what are specific allegations that are against you. And DO you have the documents of case and so that we can have perfect defense depends on the allegation against you.

                  First of all the agreements clauses will be different from one agreement to another agreement. The marked portion in your post is so generic. It might does not harm you. But for a safe side try to hire a lawyer and get a full and proper legal opinion. So you might not end up in trouble and litigation in future.

                    You have to approach the high court to file a quash petition against that False FIR and ask your grandparent to approach senior Citizen tribunal for recovery of the property for they maintenance and protection from your aunt.

                      You have to issue a legal Notice through your lawyer for your friends pending salary and if they does not respond to that notice you have approach labor tribunal to lodge a complaint against the company or file a civil suit to recovery of money.

                        You can find the case details from ecourts website or app. but if you need the documents of that case you must visit the court and get the documents or you must find a friend or lawyer who can get you the document of that case.
