There will be no problem. You can ask for a mutual divorce in the notice.

        Lawyer from Hyderabad

You can send a legal notice. If he responds to your notice and comes with consent to divorce you. You and your husband can file a mutual divorce petition before the court and get a divorce order. Or else you have to file divorce case if your husband is not willing to give divorce. Either way you have file the petition. But first you have hire a lawyer and have discussion with your lawyer.

Please feel free to ping me if you have any further questions.

Take this as a advice. Always while hire a lawyer you should make a proper background check. About the case they mostly deal with. Don’t just blindly fall for the ads and websites. Most of them are just pretend to be lawyer. Even I went through that while looking for my internships. But I was not scammed and I ended with a best law firm. Mainly at that time of joining it does not have any websites also.

**Coming to your problem** if the amount is paid through online transaction. You can file a suit for your money and damages and also you can give a complaint in the Bar council against the website. They are very few lawyer who deals with Trademark case. I can help you if you are in need of them. Feel Free to **Ping me** if you have any further Questions.

If your wife accepts for divorce it will hardly take 6 months to get the divorce and settle your matrimonial dispute or else it may take longer even for settlement and close your disputes. Regarding the maintenance it depends on your financial status at the time of maintenance case. So you need not worry about maintenance if your wife accepts for divorce and settlement. Try to solve your disputes.

You can file a writ petition for the certificate. Because no one can hold your certificate even if the fee is not paid.

You have to approach the police station and give the complaint. But make that you have been more specific about the facts and dates in the complaint. So the case also gets stronger.
