      Professional life usually is way too long … so if u just ignore 4 months of whatever internship experience you got till now, and chase new opportunities you will be better off eventually

        Just file a fraud case citing the 2 agreements. Get a decent lawyer who can properly write the narrative/plaint. Will take a while to settle but atleast other side will still be answerable

          Just return their stuffs laptop, ID etc. and move on. And if you don’t need experience letter – then they have no other bait. Early startups act like fiefdom, so this is expected abs nothing to worry.

          If they still challenge you somehow, say that your parents wanted to consult family lawyer. Enough to shoo them away

          Alternatively, finish 6 months if ur close to completion

            Better get her agreed on mutual divorce. One side contested divorce is a endless pit given our judicial system
