RAn advocate here. Yes i endorse this. One thing I would like to add, don’t leave your possession by any chance even if you have to approach the court for the same.RYes. If the land documents in the revenue record and proper evidence of the fact that you have been maintaining the said road is available in your favour, you can have a restraining order from the local district court or revenue court by the DC or div com, wherever the jurisdiction falls. If he still uses the same, the op can approach the hon’ble high court for the same.RAn advocate here. You have to engage a revenue counsel who is well versed with litigation in revenue court. Your land can only be identified from the local tehsildar office and also it can be viewed online if a seasoned revenue advocate tries to find it since ‘jama bandi’ , ‘girdori’ and ‘malkiyat’ are not available online. Once you identify the land, you need to make a claim ( dawa) in the requisite court concerned. All of this can be identified by the state, district and then khasra no of the said land.
