April 9, 2025 at 8:40 amOfficially, a 10k fine and 6 months at max if you’re caught possessing a small amount of marijuana. If you’re rich and well connected enough, you can walk scot-free. I mean, people have gotten away with first degree murder. If you’re hated by the cops and judicial system, you’re gonna face a penalty far worse than the original punishment.Imo, Marijuana should be legalized everywhere globally. If cancer sticks are legal, then so should marijuana. It’ll save the economy, and it’ll be the lesser of the two evils when it comes to damage done to society. Humanity lost the war against cigars, cigarettes, and marijuana.
Before yall call me a junkie, no, I do not touch marijuana. I’m also a teetotaler, and I strongly frown down upon alcoholics yet I very much oppose the criminalization of alcohol as banning alcohol has done way more harm than legalizing it. The same goes for my stance on the legalization of weed.

March 14, 2025 at 12:02 pmHey, I’m not the one here who pissed my pants and signed a damn confession letter to a crime I didn’t commit. What I said wasn’t being “a jackass”, it was the cold, hard truth. And yeah, I gave you advice: get a professor to vouch for you and fight it legally externally. But the truth is, a signed confession is more than enough for them to justify their actions. It’s not called being a jackass. It’s called being realistic.
Keep your ego on the shelf and face the music.
The fact that you’re more mad at me for telling the truth just says more about you. They never cared about justice because a fair investigation would be a lot. They wanted it over with quick, so they coerced you into confessing with the good cop bad cop technique. You just couldn’t read the room.

March 14, 2025 at 11:29 amUnless if they literally pointed an actual gun to your head to coerce you into signing a confession for a crime you did not commit, you dug your own grave here.I mean, they will use this letter of confession against you. It’s almost impossible to win this when they have a written confession. You can fight this legally externally, but it’ll be an uphill battle. If you didn’t sign a confession, then there’s a good chance you can win this.
Best go for off campus placements.

March 13, 2025 at 11:44 amUnless if he threatened you or your family in any way, he didn’t do anything illegal. Just block the number and move on with your life. The worst he did was hurt your feelings, so don’t let it get to you. The world isn’t some big liberal arts college campus. And even if he threatened you, it’s probably an empty threat.Had a similar incident where a guy in my college sent a bunch of angry voice notes insulting me, my family, my religion, etc. He threatened to beat me up and stuff. All because I called him a virgin. Basically, a “boo hoo wah wah wah”. I just made fun of him even more and told him to unfollow me, which he did, and that was the end of it.
If he’s holding a grudge against you because of something minor that happened years ago, then he’s fucked in the head. If you’re gonna take him seriously, then you really need to grow a pair.
