May 6, 2026 at 2:24 pm1. Seek medical attention, even psychological.2. Maybe get the police involved, file an FIR at least.
3. Unless he’s a product of incest, don’t say cousin brother – legally that matters; cousin is a gender neutral term, say male cousin at least.

May 8, 2025 at 10:00 amI don’t think filing FIR will do anything good in this scenario. You, in sound mind and body, took out loans from your own account and funded a company. That company went kaput, and the loaners are coming for you because it’s your name on the loan, as they should.
It’s not a scam. As you said, they did not forcibly coerce you; they said stuff to you that you believed.
This is so dumb that I’m inclined to think that it’s a troll post.
If not, file for insolvency then bankruptcy.

May 5, 2025 at 2:41 pmNah, this is blatantly shady af mate. If you must, do the time-tested method of running.Or, change your job much earlier to your divorce, or if you can manage it, just don’t work. And give all your money to a trusted person first.
NAL of course.

April 19, 2025 at 12:56 pmI agree, this does feel exactly like a rant from an impotent infantile delinquent. But, yes. Wills can be faked after death. Anywhere in the world where wills are applicable, it can and probably has been faked. But I’d argue that even the permissibility of wills is even better than not, where the govt, family members, close and distant, and other people fight like vultures.
Again, wills *can* be faked. That’s why if you want your will to stand for the people you love after your passing, you got to your trusted lawyer, and you also have a heart-to-heart with your loved ones, so that everyone *concerned* stands on equal footing and hopefully no one gets swindled.
It’s the responsibility of the willer to do their due diligence, proof of authenticity and such.
My parents already have a will in place for me and my brother, and everyone concerned already knows exactly what they are getting, and already made their peace with it.
What you’ve written in your rant, while probable, feels right out of Bollywood soap operas.

April 5, 2025 at 9:31 amFortunately or unfortunately, assholery isn’t a crime.Loan sharks and other fraudsters will target debtors’ families, especially those they believe will be scared easily, but as long as your name isn’t in the paperwork, you’ll be fine. Also, throw loans given verbally out.
The bank will do as it should though.
