In most of the case they do. Actually if you are inside a lockup, policeman of different ranks and shifts will be coming to you, asking why are you here, will taunt or abuse you that’s a very normal thing they do. Additionally, if anyone of them are drunk, frustrated they will surely trash you.

One of my relative was arrested for a false case, it was a conspiracy because he complaint about that SHO few months back for bribery for some traffic challans. Now that SHO picked him and trashed him badly. We filed a complaint in State Human Rights Commission, it took almost 1.5 yrs but the SHO was proven guilty. Disciplinary action was taken against him and Rs. 5 L was given to the victim from his salary.

You can change your DOB in Aadhaar. Most probably your DOB in your birth certificate and marksheets are same. Use your birth certificate to update it in your Aadhaar.

Since the accident was due to B’s fault, B’s insurer (Bajaj) is primarily liable to compensate under third-party insurance. Tata, as A’s insurer, has issued a comprehensive policy, which typically covers damage to A’s vehicle and not third-party liability for A’s own accident.
Tata’s argument is legally valid, and courts have allowed removal in similar cases. If you oppose their removal, you must argue that Tata’s policy had some personal accident cover or a clause covering such claims.
