The problem is he’s stuck here for the case, lost his job, it’s still in the evidence stage and the whole appeal process is going to atleast take 2 more years.Additionally his bank accounts are freezed for this case so he’s not going for quashing.

March 21, 2025 at 8:55 amYeah and thn we moved to High Court. Court asked for cctvs footages but SP said there are no working cctvs, which is again a violation of supreme court judgement. At the end suspend ho gaya but India hai, SI ko bachane SP bhi khara ho jata hai.They are gonna defend their community and as a normal citizen it’s really hard to fight against them. They can do anything to stop you.

March 21, 2025 at 6:37 amIf something happened, atleast file a complaint in Human Rights Commission. They are good now a days. And if you really want to fight, move a petition in High Court. Police station will have cctvs, it’s not that hard to prove. -
