SThat’s not true. It’s the cyber crime or police who orders to freeze the entire account. Why would banks do that? They are gonna lose busniess for these shits.SPolice freeze bank accounts by categorizing transactions into layers based on how far they are from the original fraud.
Layer 3 is when a scammer scams someone, he sends the funds to A, A sends them to B, B sends them to C and finally C sends you. Even though you have no direct link to the scam, your account still gets flagged and frozen.

SYeah bar council will ask him to refund if you can prove your allegations. Also he might lose his license for few months.SThe name of the court will be written on the summon, search their website. You’ll most likely find the official email address of that court/judge. Send an email requesting to record your statement on video conference. Clearly mention your name, case number, hearing date or you can attach the summon.SSHe/She can be charged under 333 and 353 IPC (Now BNS’s relavent sections).No warrant required for arresting also its non bailable.
