Zepto has always been trying to steal money. I have a pass and yet my deliveries are not free. Apparently they added a “apply for free delivery” button when the order qualifies.
They put a manual step on purpose coz they knew lot of us would assume the delivery is free. I fell for the same thing i mustve paid extra 30 rs on every order for a whole month till i realised what was up. This is extremely shady was of doing business. Using dark patterns to milk more money from an already onboarded customer.
