May 6, 2025 at 5:33 amDecent way would be to file a police complaint if you get the proof that it was him. Other way would the more aggressive one. Putting your driver in position where he decides if confronting you guys and even thinking of crossing your path is worth the trouble. Hope you understand what I’m saying.May 4, 2025 at 6:11 pm in reply to: Broadband company threatening police complaint over router I couldnโt return โ need legal advice #2911SShagunfalcon54

May 4, 2025 at 9:57 amTell the owner to do whatever he wants. You had a contract with Zoomcar and bought the insurance against theft and accident. Once the car is totalled, the owner is being payed according to the insured amount of the car that owner had showed in his insurance policy. You guys aren’t liable for anything. You might have to visit the police station once to clarify things and that would be the end to it all.SShagunfalcon54

May 4, 2025 at 12:25 amAsk for a free course. He would do that if you push a little more. Even if he offers the course for a lower price make sure that that price is inclusive of taxes and service fee etc. Also, make sure it has no kind of subscription clause attached to it and check the access validity(time period) of the course. IMO, compensation won’t be possible without litigation.SShagunfalcon54

May 1, 2025 at 2:34 pmDon’t take it lightly and be prepared at all times. You will have look over your shoulder all the time. These things can get a little complicated but don’t worry or get rattled by these threats. Just be careful and ready at all times. If possible apply for a firearms license.May 1, 2025 at 6:49 am in reply to: My cousin is not willing to leave the house that was built by my father. What can I do? #4657SShagunfalcon54

April 30, 2025 at 3:47 amBottomline is, cat is out of the box now. These goons won’t stop with an FIR or a court case. If the guy in question wants to proceed he either needs to have a political or muscle backing him. That’s the new India for you all.April 29, 2025 at 2:16 pm in reply to: My friend got beaten up infront of an ATM outside my college #5797SShagunfalcon54

April 29, 2025 at 2:16 pmProblem is the girl. How did those seniors know that he was messaging that girl unless she ratted on him? Or was your friend harassing that girl? In either case there is no use stretching it unless you got people on your back to take care of this matter outside of the law cuz these people won’t stop with FIR etc. Hope you understand that fact.SShagunfalcon54

April 28, 2025 at 1:44 pmBe ready to spend next 10 years in courts if you go by that route. Either pay him a little and ask him to clear out. Or bribe the police to make him leave the premises. Immediately occupy the property yourself and don’t leave it vacant. Go to the court on the next date for the case has filed and produce the evidence. But under no circumstance leave the property vacant. He would back off in a few weeks. -
