I have two ongoing cases where the court has accepted legal notice and even court summons as shared on email and what’s app.

      One case is cheque bounce
The other is a civil suit for recovery.

Both are at Saket court in delhi.

Because there have been a lot of cases of Indian men traveling to Pakistan to get married and then the mental take the money and gifts and essentially ghosted their “wives” and leave them in Pakistan.
This has been a common enough problem that you generally don’t get a Pakistani visa if you’re a bachelor man traveling to Pakistan.

Also note that having a Pakistani visa stamp does discourage other countries from giving you a visa.

Please note that you generally get a visa approval for Lahore or Islamabad or one of the gurudwara districts only – unlike most countires paktian issues visa that limit you to the destination district only and you cannot freely travel within Pakistan.

            Source –
My grandparents come from a small village in pakistan, and were refugees in Delhi.
Once we could “make it” in life my grandfather wanted to show me his childhood home and hometown and both of us were denied a visa because I was an unmarried teenager at the time.

I applied again for a visa sometime back (after my marriage) and i was informed that the village/district is in interiors of Pakistan and is not considered a “tourist hub” like lahore or islamabad or rawalpindi or PoK and thus i won’t get approval for it.

I had a class mate in commerce with the same name and same father’s name.

So chances of impersonation is very low and chances of it being coincidence is very high.

                        Fuck moral judgements.

                        (1) did your father leave a will?
                        (2) are you aware of his assets and liabilities? This is super important specially if he was in business.
                        (3) while living did he eave any FDs or other financial instruments in the name of an offspring or wife (current or ex)
                        (4) sympathy brings nothing. If she is staking any claim on assets then those need to be backed by some inheritance laws. Consult a lawyer. Pay for a consult and understand what the law says and it’s practise in reality.
                        (5) you can arguably discourage her online posting by sending a legal notice or some police complaints but please understand that will make you look worse.

                          Get a lawyer buddy.

This won’t go down easy. And free advice won’t help a lot here to be honest. There is a lot of nuance to understanding the present situation

Even if you do it doesn’t make a difference to her case.

                            These are two separate matters.

Nope. I have enough experience and expertise.
                                My wife’s a practicing lawyer.

I have a law firm on retainer for my business.

I have dealt with cops for criminal committing i have done, and have had 2 firs and many complaints against me due to some violent altercations.

Have traveled abroad while having FIRs against me.

Your identity will be protected in the media and in court documents, but you will have to turn up at court proceedings, get medical tests, and also show up at police station.

If he’s an advocate then he knows how fucked he is.

I am in Delhi. More than happy to help out in any way shape or form.
