April 12, 2025 at 8:38 amWrong sub buddy. There is no justification for such violence and if they complaint to cops and pursue the case the courts won’t understand your side since this is not self-defence. This is pre-meditated, planned violence. If they have a good lawyer they may be able to argue for attempt to murder against you. Which is a very very serve offense and will ruin the rest of your life in court cases and police complaints and jail time ruining all chances of going abroad and may impact domestic job chances too.

April 12, 2025 at 7:35 amRaise a complaint with the horticulture department or the municipality of your city. It is a simple enough process that you can find online.Cutting trees without permission from the municipality had an average penalty of 50,000 with possibility of jail time for repeat offenders.
Your aunt should be fine if you raise a complaint with the municipality or the horticulture department

April 9, 2025 at 9:28 amWhat a dumb fuck op.From the looks of it this seems like the space in front of your house that you’re calling “my parking” ?
I understand that principally you should be parking your vehicles there. But to stop other people from parking there you can have more reasonable solutions like parking your two wheeler there, parking a second/third/fourth hand in absolute scrap-able condition two wheeler which will cost you 8-10k
Or you can out planters there
You can cover the space with plastic traffic cones
By damaging their vehicle they are in a position take you to the cops and also arguably slap you around a little and still days their ass from the cops because YOU initiated damage to their car.

April 9, 2025 at 7:03 amI had a similar issue in Uttarakhand. And similar to you the sarpanch and panchayat ruled in our favor. But some locals had issues with me building a large house there on my own land.I bribes local cops, got gunmen from delhi, and had to essentially do gundagardi to get the construction done.
