SThe return is the resolution. If they would refuse return then and only then can you go to consumer court. Not even civil court.
If you would’ve consumed these medications even then it would’ve been your fault for not checking condition of the product before consumption.

Why is a large company paying arbitrary sums to arbitrary citizens for arbitrary work and there is no invoicing – no gst – no taxation – no involvement of aadhar/pan like a conventional job and you still went ahead with paying them?
SIt is illegal to do so. Sort of like it is illegal to prescribed a medicine if youre not a doctor.There is regulation on pricing too – as in what cost you can charge is capped depening on monument and the govt decides that.
