February 5, 2025 at 10:48 amJust file a writ petition in the high court. Even if there was such a claim, the bank can only freeze that amount in the account. There is a kerala high court judgement to a similar effect. It could be used as a persuasive precedent. That’s the only way otherwise the authorities will force you to run around in circles.February 4, 2025 at 2:30 pm in reply to: Why is the death penalty is not imposed on rapists and imposed on gang rapists in India? #60451SShwetapanda726

February 4, 2025 at 2:30 pmCommitting murder in the course of rape is considered rarest of rare and death sentence is mandatory, if peoved. The legal reason for denying death penalty to rapists is to dissuade them from committing murder of the victim. If the rapist think he is going to be hanged for his crime, he might murder the victim as no further punishment can be placed upon him.February 3, 2025 at 1:31 pm in reply to: Seeking Urgent Advice: My 16-Year-Old Sister Is Being Forced Into Marriage, and Iโm Helpless #61023SShwetapanda726
