February 16, 2025 at 6:30 pmIn my experience of seeing similar families, mostly it’s either police arrest of the child (girl/boy) or they start hitting the parents. On very few occasions they change by owning up their mistakes which mainly happens due to some new influence in their life in the form of a friend (again surprisingly whom they like to listen too.)
Also, rarely they die in a road accident or fight with goons which again in some form or other is a relief for the family.

February 16, 2025 at 6:22 pmHe is in a bad spiral and only he can pick himself out. Most people like this learn after falling in their face. Sooner or later he will do something that lands him in Jail, just don’t bail him out then and you can live happily… Parents are emotional fools towards their children especially the bad ones (i fail to understand why).February 9, 2025 at 7:04 pm in reply to: Shop landlord keeps arguing about the things I’m selling before moving out #57525SSiddharthshark592

February 9, 2025 at 6:43 pmSo you learnt an important lesson I hope. Never jump in a fight without preparation and thinking about all possible scenarios.
Also it’s just money and it’s not your city.. only 3 months to go… Let it pass.Their one police complaint that you stole something or said something or assaulted Them will take your whole life for a spin and fixing that would be much more expensive and bigger problem. I hope you have calculated the cost of one round trip of your parents to your location to help you out in difficulty.
Because they have thought it all through.. maybe they are cronies but they are experienced cronies in their own home city. Be smart about things.

January 31, 2025 at 11:10 amIn true sense he should pay back your amount and is being an ass, consult some lawyer friend. I think I am not the right person to provide correct guidance on this further. Will follow the thread if somebody provides a legal recourse. ๐

January 31, 2025 at 11:07 amAugust to June 23 agreement has written 5% increment and renewal right ?You had no agreement for 11 months from July 23 onwards. So he would have consulted someone if old agreement is enforceable.
Also are you ready to take him to court for this amount? And suffer yourself in the process?

January 31, 2025 at 8:55 amIf it’s not documented, it never happened. He can take you to court and he will probably win.Since you owe him money as him you can stay few days / months extra to recover your amount. Let the fight continue till that time.
