Then now I think they might have asked you to come to the police station to close that said complaint.

Usually the intimation will be sent to the concerned police station from the hospital, due to which they might have taken a formal complaint.

        Advocate here!!

Now the provision got changed into a new section; it is 63 B of Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam.

Self certification is enough for the WhatsApp screenshot. Where you need to mention the IMEI number of the said phone from which you have taken screenshot, you should also keep the contact number of the person visible in WhatsApp chat..

        Hope this helps

          Advocate here!

Whether you have given a complaint regarding the accident?

Have you registered any FIR. If so they might have called you for further updates regarding that same.

          Hope this helps

Advocate, here can you say which state and district this issue arises in?

You first need to approach the police station so that this matter can be resolved as a first step. If there is no proper response, you can send a legal notice, which might end up in a civil suit. First option is the police station.

            Hope this helps you.

              Lawyer here

Some particulars are missing such as

How come your father purchased the land? Either through registration of document? or just by oral transfer?

In case of oral transfer it is better to file a Recovery of money suit instead of going with asking the property , as it is not a feasible option in your case.

              2. Summary suits can be tried.

              3. Will take minimum 2 years of time.

              Hope this helps

There is a little bit of available possibility .

First ask your friend to lodge a cybercomplaint in [cybercrime.gov.in](http://cybercrime.gov.in)

by mentioning all the transaction particulars,

Then police will file a CSR/FIR and freeze the bank accounts of the suspects.

After which you can approach the Judicial Magistrate to get an order to refund the said amount.

Note:- This process is totally depends upon your District and State you are residing in

                Hope this answer helps πŸ™‚

                      **Dealing with Cybercases.**

Hey there, have you sent any letter/ email to your bank seeking to block these transactions as fraudulent one?

                      If not do it.

So also, As you have given a complaint through 1930 phonecall, you might have received a Acknowledgment no for filing the cybercrime case in NCRP portal.
                      Kindly check it.

By which you can able to check the current status of the complaint in [cybercrime.gov.in](http://cybercrime.gov.in) portal.

If no acknowledgment number is generated so far, raise a complaint in [cybercrime.gov.in](http://cybercrime.gov.in) by giving all the particulars, and then approach the nearby cyber station to register a CSR/FIR to take the things to next step.

                      Hope this helps.

Your inputs are missing, From which State of India you’re in.

                            1. For document missing there is a procedure to get a Non-Traceable Certificate from Police Station by proving that the document got lost. That is a procedure to be followed. After getting the NTC we can register the upcoming document based on it.

                            2. Now coming to the Rectification in the S.F.Nos. you have left out with two options either to approach the previous vendor to make a Rectification Deed or else can approach the court by filing a suit seeking rectification.

Yes, As you mentioned here court process takes time. Its better to approach the previous vendor/ their kids for rectification. OR ELSE after filing the case can settle the case through Mediation/ Lok Adalat as it will be less time taking process.

                            Hope this answer helps you.

Note -It might differ on case on case basis

You proceed to first file a case by seeking for reunion, later on if they file case against you D.V, maintenance and all.

You can take a defence that wife was in wilful desertion. And I’m ready to cohabit with her.

This is one stretegy this might work.
