March 24, 2025 at 10:14 pmSpeak to a lawyer for a civil suit. That’s the only way.And why would someone do a pro bono for a matter that is clearly financial? It’s not human rights or animal welfare.

March 18, 2025 at 6:30 amLawyer here. There is no expectation of privacy in public, and filming someone or something does not require consent. The only exception is if the filming process impedes the subject’s ability to perform their functions. Apart from that, all filming and dissemination of public activity is perfectly legal.

March 5, 2025 at 11:20 amI am not aware of the alcohol transport laws in your area, but if you were violating them, yes, they may file a case against you, while also filing a case against the officers.SSilentknight5363

March 5, 2025 at 11:11 amFor them the amount is nothing, so recovery of that is usually not a priority. I’m not your lawyer, this is not legal advice, but if I were you, I would not display my bank account and confirm myself a criminal, and just resign and live with plausible deniability. As for the letters, it’s complicated. They can give or not give those, depending on their wish. There is no law regulating this. However, it is better to have no experience letter, than receiving one that states your “friend” was involved in criminal misappropriation from the company, which will basically finish his career.

March 5, 2025 at 10:34 amOf course they can deny. It’s private property, not a garden. If you’re uncomfortable with not knowing the hygiene, you’re free to not eat there.March 5, 2025 at 10:31 am in reply to: Got fined (bribe) โน16k for carrying 3 sealed beer bottles for my road trip #42075SSilentknight5363

March 5, 2025 at 10:29 amGet a lawyer and send them a very strongly worded legal notice, which will show that you’ve engaged legal counsel and will not back down due to their threats and baseless allegations.SSilentknight5363

March 5, 2025 at 10:18 amLawyer here. The best course of action? Resign. Because the company is already suspicious, and one way or another, they will find proof of wrongdoing, and then they will terminate your “friend” for misconduct/embezzlement, which will basically make him unemployable forever.

February 25, 2025 at 3:17 amOf course you can write and send it yourself. But since you’re not a lawyer, your letter will go straight in the bin.I’m sure you’re already communicating with them by email. You changing tracks and sending them the contents of your email in physical letter form means nothing to the other party, especially not a behemoth like Samsung.

February 25, 2025 at 12:42 amYou cannot do anything. It’s she who has to file an FIR. But since it has been a few years, it might not lead anywhere or produce the desired result.Specifically, the regrettable incident that happened when she was seven won’t be considered a crime since they were both toddlers and additionally the Doctrine of Doli Incapax loosely applies.
The other incident can be actions, but again the lack of evidence and the passage of time will be an issue. Have your friend contact a women’s aid organization.
