In this specific case, I have to point out a few things not specifically in your case but I’m general first. (While I do this please bear in mind I’m not aware of the medical details of your case and do not consider this medical option or advice, consult your doctor for the same.) For starters, in cases of breast cancer or rather suspected breast cancer one of the tests involved or rather recommend is for doctors to feel the breasts by touch in order to identify lumps or any masses. If done by a doctor this is normal and acceptable(bear in mind you always have the option of seeking a female doctor).

Now, the next part, generally when doctors suspect certain things, or to verify or confirm certain things, they ask for various scans(pet scan, ct scan, mamogram for this case in particular are the advanced scans and xray is a basic scan). Depending on what the doctor has instructed(by notes) or asked for, you may need to hold a certain posture for the scan.

Now in an ideal world, the scans would always be conducted by a female technician an an profoundly professional setup thats very private. Unfortunately, the real world circumstances are very different for multiple reasons, economics being the biggest reason, unavailability of female staff/technicians in smaller towns, lack of specialized facelities etc are other reasons(again i don’t have to specifics of your case.). Due to this, a lot of women(to put in in a subtle way) end up in awkward situations but at this point in time it’s ‘considered’ normal and not a lot you can do about it.

Now, coming to your situation, ideally if it was a option you could have ask for a female technician or expressed discomfort at the point when you had to remove your clothes. Given this did not happen it could be either of the two things where the guy found the opportunity and used it or the guy was just doing his job. I might have sound harsh in saying what I just said and believe me I can understand your situation(based on the available details) and am sympathetic to the same. But exploring legal routes on this is a no go as the guy will argue that he was doing his job and not a lot can be done unless you can articulate or prove otherwise.

Again I can’t say that enough that don’t consider any of the above as medical advice, consul the doctor for the same. I do wish you good health.

Again that part will take years, and though the court will order interest and legal fee, it’s not worth it as what the court orders and what you actually have paid is different(not to mention any bribes). + Say court says to the guy to pay 50k(you’ve already spent 1lack), the guy will not have that much and will negotiate a settlement of 30-35k, if you don’t agree the guy has the option of filing an appeal and dragging it further(but to file an appeal he’ll have to deposit atleast 50% of what court ordered towards the appeal(25k) that will stay with the court and might be awarded to you if he loses the appeal).

Ideally cut your losses, try whatever is possible without you spending anything (harassing him, calling and intimidating him etc), but if it doesn’t work out, leave it.

Since the money was lent in good faith(I’m assuming, based on the info), you can file a police complaint and go the legal route for creating(after you’ve asked them and they’ve denied/not responded). But keep in mind that you’ll spend at least a lack over the course of a few years to get 10000 back.

Unfortunately mate, based on the legal setup your screwed. I’m not sure in what sense the lawyers you met informed of cheating, adultery is not a crime(unfortunately) and trying to push off the entire marriage as a cheating is an uphill battle and unlikely to fall in your favour. Moreover, even on a short-lived marriage they press for alimony and maintenance. Best to negotiate, cut your losses and get out of it ASAP. if possible explore options on annulment rather than a divorce

Again the CBFC act in this particular instance is pointless, I just used the case as an example. Based on what you mentioned, copyright might be an issue. But regardless my point was that if it’s done low key, there’ll not be any issues but if it ends up becoming famous they can screw you one way or another.

Porn is a subject that’s neither legal nor illegal in India. You have to get into the specifics. As long as you are low key you’ll be fine, if you fly too close to the sun you’ll get burned one way or another.

Case in point: Raj Kundra. The films that were made couldn’t be considered illegal the CBFC act covered only films and their exhibition in theaters, not digitally. So, to screw him they used money laundering/income tax.

As others have pointed out it’s a vague area of the law. Not even somewhat of a grey area because there’s literally nothing in the Indian law that define what’s allowed or not allowed in something like an “online first person/multiplayer game”, erotic genre is a completely undefined quotient. That being said if they want to screw you they can pick up some vague law that’s meant for a different purpose and apply it/interpret it to harm you, these usually don’t stick, but just the process of the legal battle is enough to screw you over.

They were “illegal immigrants” by breaking the laws. Not exactly someone whom you’d consider to have a moral compass. So if your question is can they do it or will they do this, offcourse they would.

What can you do about it, NAL. there’s very few preemptive options(if any). The only thing you can do is, to fight it on the facts once the case is filed.

I loved all the jokes, but on a realistic note: with the current Indian legal framework, “consent” is a key factor and a minor’s consent is considered invalid unless validated by the parent(s). So even here, the male of the two minors will get screwed if the parents of the female press for it irrespective of what the female herself says about consent. The only benefit the male would have is to try and face the charges as a minor in front of the juvenile justice court, but now there are even provisions for him to be tried as an adult based on the nature of the crime.

And before anyone is offended by the above, these are not opinions these are harsh realities of ongoing cases. There are so many ongoing cases where this is happening, most cases would settle outside of court after 2-3 years when minors have grown up but by then there’s too much damage done to them already.
