Family name is something that shows that certain people r associated.STalk to the bank manager u took loan from.
He should assist u if & when the policy was issued.Had similar exp. Last yr, checked up with the branch manager about the loan and docs.
One loan had full insc. & The other one had a reducing policy one, so had to pay the other whole amount one out of my pocket.Plus house loan insc. premium r a one time payment. At the beginning of the loan.
If no insurance cover, the said amount will be payable on demand, i.e u will have to repay the amount.
SU can take my proxy if u r filing a case or something , if not then simply Sulking won’t get u anywhere.All the best.

I don’t think u should make it a big deal.Imagine Despite such constant awareness harassment people fall prey to these fraudsters.

I had a decent good experience with them though… I guess it depends on the company u r filing the complaint against.
I filed against Amazon & reliance retail at different occasions.. and the issue was resolved.SThe best thing to do is to file a complaint on the NCH (National consumer helpline) . It will definitely solve ur problem.If not comfortable online. U can call their grievance no.
It will take some time to connect the call
But the representative r very responsive and helpful.Hope u will get ur refund.
