A few years back student Visa and long term Visas could be renewed only from the country. I guess it’s the same now

They would have been overwhelmed with orders and the traffic situation would not have helped as well.
And in general there are much pressing issues for Muslims in this country, late delivery does not mean an insult to the entire community
