… just from experience from bus Booking, (assuming it will be same), there will be some fee if we pay, and cancel within the stipulated time, they’ll give like full refund or something…

SIf you gave OTP’s.. I don’t think credit card customer support will help u. I’ve read somewhere that… authentication with OTP is proof of purchase for merchants so we can’t claim later that we lost the card or something like this..☹️☹️SFor personal loan, there is no collateral. They cant do shit. If your father gets any money from policies They might deduct it( need to verify this piece of info)
