SThis sort of thing happened to my fiance, except his cousin had borrowed his bike and was arrested on drug charges. The bike was confiscated, and there was no talk about getting it back. He got an advocate but still had to pay what he called a bribe. It took over a week, maybe even two. I can’t remember.SNAL just wondering if this could be an annulment. We dont want to criminalize people making legit accusations because a few are weaponizing it. Put more pressure on your fellow men to not behave like this and the laws wouldn’t be how they are. But if false accusations can be PROVEN, there should absolutely be civil penalties.SI think the burden of proof is on them, and it seems like there are scams of this nature all the time. And I hope if you two are good together that your love will endure and overcome. But right now focus on what you need in life with or without him by your side.
