      Print all the invoices and keep it with you for the past orders. Order history is not important, but the invoices and warranty mentioned need to be saved as PDF or physical copies.

      Don’t delete the account as you have access to the other email ID, Let it be.

        Create another account in urban ladder with your new email and close or stop using the existing account. I guess they are not able to change it because email ID may be their unique customer ID! poor design but its not rare in older systems.

          If he is willing to give you the property then it’s not a sale. It’s a gift deed. Sale means there are taxes to be paid.

          After his life, what happens to his property is defined by his will. Your mother also has rights on the property remember. He can decide to give it to anyone else too.

            Some of you are below 18 and lawyer can add many clauses for harassment! Involve parents or other adults and hire a lawyer and file complaint immidiately. This should be an easy case and do not disclose your plan to them, just keep collecting evidences if you get any calls or messages and you should surely sue them for big amounts.

              Sell and divide the money with sister, mother and you equally. No income tax because its ancestral property. Buy something else with the money you get. No hassles, no future legal issues.

                Home loan insurance premium payment is usually one time payment in the beginning. Check if he has paid. Its not mandatory for the customer to take insurance for home loan though some banks insist on it. So even though its approved, he may have not availed. You need to check if the insurance amount is paid or was part of the loan emi to claim that.

                  When you report a transaction as fraudulent, they do a ‘Temporary reversal’ of the amount. That way, it will not appear as unpaid and there is no question of late fee. In your case, its not happened. Ask why to ICICI.

                  Secondly, Ask a detailed resolution report of the incident with details of the transaction, otp sent to number, date time etc.

                  third, approach National Cyber Crime portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and report this with full details.

                  Seems like bank has enough data to prove that otp is verified. It may be fraud and someone would possible have breached your SIM or phone for a short time? Did you hand over the phone or does anyone else have access to your phone or call forwarding was done? There are many possibilities nowadays.

                  About your question, pay the due for Feb. That way you can avoid credit impact. If your are able to get the decision in your favor, the amounts can be demanded to be refunded.

                  So sorry to hear this, it is really a mess.

                      Tenants have to inform you about their visitors? This is not a hostel and midnight or morning, they should be able to visit.

                        I am also very curious, never heard about this. Can someone explain more? Seems like OP knows why they are doing it but didn’t explain. I know you can hire people to do surveillance on someone suspicious, or during potential matrimonial alliances, business partnerships etc. What is this ‘fielding lagana’ about?
